2008 Summer Black Belt Retreat

Friday, August 1st through Sunday, August 3rd, Ahn Taekwondo Institute will be hosting the 2008 Summer Black Belt Retreat.

The retreat will concentrate on the 62 throws of the United Taekwondo Association. We will be exploring Leg, Hip, Hand, Sacrifice and Joint Locking throws and how these throws can be effectively used in real world situations. In addition, we will explore knives and how to defend against them.

Ahn Taekwondo Summer Camp -- Session #2

Due to the great success of our first session of summer camp, we will be hosting another session in August.

Promotion Test -- Friday, July 11, 2008

There will be a promotion test held at Ahn Taekwondo Institute on Friday July 11th. The test will begin promptly at 5:30 pm.

Team Ahn fares well at AAU Nationals

This past week, members of Team Ahn traveled to Madison, WI to compete in the AAU Taekwondo National Championships. Overall, the team was very successful. Medalists included:
