Chocolate Championships are coming!
You may have heard of the Chocolate Championships, but you probably don’t know what they are. A number of years ago, the United Taekwondo Association hosted an intra-school event that allowed students for each school in the association to come together in a positive environment to participate in a friendly, educational competition.
This year, we are excited to bring this event back to our association. Our hope is that we create a tradition of a well-run, family-friendly event for the students of the UTA.
We have decided to make one change to the traditional format of this event. Instead of winners receiving the usual medal or trophy, all competitors will be awarded chocolate for their efforts — thus, we are calling the event the Chocolate Championships.
The Chocolate Championships will be held on February 23rd at our school.
We have made the pricing for the event very family-friendly. Registration will be $10 per student for all three events, and each family member following will only be $5. Forms are now available, so please don’t wait until the last minute to register!
