Ladies and Gentlemen,

This is a reminder that Dawn Weatherwax-Fall will be speaking here at the Blue Ash School on Friday January, 25th at 7:30 PM.

She will be speaking to us regarding nutrition for active individuals. This is a seminar that all Taekwondo students should attend, especially those that compete.

The cost of the seminar is free and is open to all students and their families.

Power Breaking Seminar

What: Power Breaking Seminar
- Students who have broken one or more boards
- Experienced board-breakers for Tournaments

Who: Yellow belts and above or permission from Ahn’s TKD

How much? $25 (Discounts Available, See Registration)

Master Beyersdeorfer will spend time explaining to students:
- Mental and physical preparation
- The importance of your holder/support
- What to look for in a good board
- How to set up your board(s) correctly
- The body mechanics involved in breaking
- Different breaking techniques that can be used

After the explanation, the remainder of the seminar will be spent on breaking stations. You will take your boards with you to a breaking station and work your way through the breaking stations you choose.

Movie Night!

Parents, do you need a night out but don't know what to do with the kids? Ahn Taekwondo has the answer for you. Movie night! January 12, 2008 from 6:00-10:00 PM.

The feature presentation will be Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT).
